Capital Works and Play Areas PWLB Announcement

At the Full Council Parish Council meeting of 27th November 2024, it was RESOLVED to seek approval of the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, House and Communities to apply for a PWLB loan of £1,250,000 over the borrowing term of 25 years for Capital Works and Play Areas. The annual loan repayments will come to around £94,232.60. It is intended to increase the council tax precept for the purpose of the loan repayments by 5.14% a year. This will be subject to a precept increase consultation.
