BMX Pump Track
Our BMX pump track is a specialized cycling facility designed for riders of various skill levels to hone their skills and have fun. A BMX pump track consists of a series of smoothly surfaced rollers, berms, and banked turns. These features are arranged in a continuous loop, often resembling a miniature mountain bike trail.
The term “pump” refers to the technique riders use to gain momentum without pedalling, relying instead on shifting their body weight and using the contours of the track to generate speed. This makes pump tracks suitable for BMX bikes, mountain bikes, and dirt bikes.
Riders navigate the track by pumping through the rollers and utilizing the banked turns to maintain speed and momentum. The objective is to flow smoothly through the course, using proper technique to carry speed through each section. Pump tracks are not only great for skill development but also for cardiovascular fitness and agility training.
