Community Facilities Booking

We’ve upgraded our booking system!

We are excited to announce that we have moved to a brand-new online booking system with effect from 1st April 2026.

This change will help us better manage your appointments and provide a more seamless service from start to finish.

What you need to know

• Current Bookings: Any bookings made for dates prior to 1st April will remain unaffected.
• Transition Period: You may notice a short period of scheduled maintenance during the switchover. We appreciate your patience while we get everything up and running.
• Ease of Use: The new system is designed to be user-friendly and will allow you to manage your own appointments with ease.

Please use our online booking service to submit your booking for:

• Halls and meeting spaces at Pinetrees Community Centre, John Moulton Hall, Moredon Community Centre, and The Reading Rooms at 32 The Circle
• Sports pitches at Mannington, Seven Fields and Southbrook Recreation Grounds.

Please note that during the cricket season you may only book cricket pitches at Mannington Recreation Ground. Football pitches will become available at the start of the football season.
