Nominations can be accepted for any resident over the age of 55 who lives within The Parish, not living within a sheltered housing scheme.
We are keen to receive nominations for residents living alone, maybe ill, struggling financially, and or housebound.

Central Swindon North Parish Council is committed to protecting your privacy. The personal data you provide in this form will be processed strictly in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
How We Use Your Data:
The information collected will be used solely for the following purposes:
- To contact the person making the nomination regarding the status of the nomination for a Christmas Hamper (or ‘Giving Box’) in 2025.
- To arrange and facilitate the delivery of the Christmas Hamper to the nominated recipient.
Sharing Your Data:
Your information will not be passed on to any third party outside of the Council, unless it is essential for delivery purposes (e.g., sharing the recipient’s name and address with a trusted Council volunteer or delivery partner strictly for the purpose of delivery). Any such partner will be under a contractual obligation to protect the data.
Data Retention:
All personal data collected for this nomination process will be securely deleted or destroyed by the Council no later than 31st January 2026. It will not be retained or used for any future purposes.
