DESCRIPTION:\nGet ready for some offroad fun with our Knobbly Tyres Family MTB Trail Ride – perfect budding MTBers aged 8 upwards AND parents!\n\n\n\nKnobbly Tyres Junior MTB Trail Ride\nFollowing on from our skills sessions, we are now doing a separate Trail Ride and this time parents are invited too!\nWe will start with a few basic skills to warm up and get you ready. Then our expert leaders will take you on a mountain bike ride from Moredon out to Shaw Forest to ride the trails there, on to Peatmoor Lagoon before returning via Shaw Forest again.\nThis is an end of year celebration of mountain biking and we wanted to give parents the chance to join in what their kids have been smashing all year.\n(but parents don’t have to come if they don’t want to 🙂 )\nAnd the best thing… it’s FREE!!\nThe ride will be about 9km and riders we suggest should be at least 8 years old. It will involve uphills, downhills, narrow trails and rough surfaces.\n(it was wet and muddy last time!)\nSuitable for ages 8+ years old who can ride a bike.\nIf you don’t have a bike or helmet, you can borrow one from us.\nMeet outside the Cycling Track entrance for a 10:00am start.\n\n\n
